Evil silversmith who set up a rival religion to [[Tarvuism]], called Hulvethism. Hul-Veth was a greedy man, who amassed a fortune from his followers. 

Hul-Veth cruelly imprisoned [[Tarvu]], and paraded him in chains to the people of [[Tarvunia]], before attempting to execute [[Tarvu]] by hanging. [[Tarvu]] saved himself by destroying his noose, and turning Hul-Veth into a small pyramid of butter.

Hul-Veth is now a leading brand of butter and margarine, made in Switzerland.
