The central tenet of [[Tarvuism]], the Two Words of Tarvu are, "Umfitty noonah". This translates as "[[Be nice]]." 

From this short exchange has come the Tarvuist mantra "[[Be nice]]. But if you can't be nice, be quite nice". This is often heard during religious services ("Umfitty noonah, telebunty nop nop, talvim umfitty tenebim noonah").
